“Our client purchased an office condominium last year that we were marketing for sale,” Winston said. “Upon closing, he expressed interest in acquiring additional real estate and requested that we keep him in mind for any prospects in the nearby area.”
The condominium purchase brings East Coast Development Enterprise to a total of two office condominiums in Sunset Station. The 371 sq. ft. office space was being marketed with a tenant occupying the unit, but vacated prior to closing. Our client will use the additional office space to expand his business.
