ComReal Miami – Coral Gables, LLC brokers the sale of a two building office condominium portfolio located at Office in the Park 

Coral Gables, FL – October 20, 2017 – ComReal Miami – Coral Gables, LLC recently handled the sale of two 100% leased office condominium portfolio within the “Office in the Park” offices condominium project located at 7355 – 7385 SW 87th Avenue, Miami, FL  33173 for Phaedra, LTD (Seller). The two buildings contain a combined square footage of 12,114 square feet. The property was purchased via a 1031 Exchange by Fontainebleau Executive Center Group (Buyer) for $2,700,000.
