The Broker List has named ComReal advisor Edison Vasquez, CCIM the site’s first-ever “Broker to Watch.”
The Broker List is a collaborative community for commercial real estate brokers where more than 8,000 CRE professionals contribute and share content.
Vasquez, a Managing Partner of ComReal | Miami – Doral who specializes in industrial real estate, was recognized for his use of social media and digital marketing platforms to engage with the community and conduct business outreach.

Vasquez leverages social media platforms like LinkedIn on a daily basis, shares video updates on YouTube, writes blog posts, and produces podcasts as part of a 360-degree marketing approach.
“My use of social media for community outreach stems from my passion for the commercial real estate industry and my desire to service and connect with clients,” he says.
Vasquez has spent the last 10 years in the industrial real estate sector – all of which with ComReal. He’s worked with large and small businesses and, alongside his team, has sold and leased millions of square feet of warehouse space in South Florida. His favorite aspect has been working with clients to help them turn their vision into reality.
Originally from Ecuador, Vasquez moved to Florida in 2000 and graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s in Finance in 2007. He later earned his graduate degree for International Real Estate from Florida International University in 2008.
