The building was renovated in December 2019, with property upgrades including a new roof, new HVAC systems, ADA compliant restrooms, impact resistant windows and doors, as well as new electrical panels and data drops.
Additionally, the plaza now offers illuminated signage connections above each of the storefronts, and a new fire alarm system connected to smoke detectors that will signal the Coral Gables Fire Department.
