Senior Joins with Breadth of Industry Knowledge & Architectural Background
Doral, FL: Michaela Senior joins the ComReal Industrial Team in Doral as a Commercial Advisor, bringing her experience in construction project management, architecture, and active prospecting to the growing Miami Industrial Team. This new role follows her previous work leading multi-faceted projects with a development company on a major new South Florida project and earning both her architectural undergraduate degree and Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami School of Architecture.

Michaela is originally from Seaside, Florida, and moved to Miami to attend the University of Miami School of Architecture. She joined the ComReal Industrial Team in March of 2021. Her robust experience in understanding buildings and structural components, as well as her proficiency in financial modeling and computer programs such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and AutoCAD give her an advantage in supporting client/landlord issues in a swift manner. In addition to her brokerage role, Michaela will also assist commercial and industrial clients with floorplan remodeling and marketing.
