Patrick McBride and the Miami Industrial Team at ComReal recently placed T&N International Corporation in Miami International Commerce Center (MICC), a 3.5 million square foot business park that is home to 350+ companies in the City of Doral.
Our client, T&N International Corporation, is an NVOCC company that specializes in freight forwarding to the Caribbean. They came to ComReal in need of new warehouse space in a crunch, and we were able to work closely with PS Business Parks to get them into the park expeditiously.
