Maria Agon McCarthy joins ComReal Miami – Coral Gables, LLC as a Vice President specializing in office, retail and investment properties. She brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and corporate real estate, with extensive knowledge of both leasing and sales.
She has previously worked as the Real Estate Manager and Senior Vice President for Citigroup. During her tenure, she managed a portfolio of approximately 215 office and retail buildings, representing 4.6 million square feet throughout the United States and Caribbean. Maria was involved in various major projects, including the sale of a $68 million Puerto Rico office complex, relocation analysis of the Latin American headquarters in Miami, and Citibank’s expansion into new markets.
Previously, Maria was Director of Real Estate Services at USAA Realty Company, where she specialized in the office market, representing both landlords and tenants. In addition, she identified acquisition and development opportunities for the company. She was recognized as a “Top Broker” and received numerous awards for revenue production.
As a Senior Associate at CBRE, she received a “Distinguished Achievement Award” presented to the Top First Year Producer.
