Gavin A. Winston is a Commercial Advisor for ComReal Miami, Inc. specializing in Office Leasing and Investment Sales. Beyond his position on the Sales team, Gavin has Operational responsibilities such as overseeing the adoption of internal ComReal systems and recruiting efforts.

He graduated from Florida International University in December 2017 with a degree in Finance. During his tenure at FIU, he successfully launched and marketed a mobile application in the iOS app store that reached +1,000 downloads and served as the Vice President of Finance for an on-campus organization.

Michaela has a background in Architecture & Masters Degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami. She specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Miami-Dade County.

Cindy has been a part of the team for 35 years, and her responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations of three of the ComReal franchisees. This includes licensing, systems, and accounting.

Prior to that, she was a real estate paralegal and a teacher in Miami-Dade County.

Brandon grew up around foliage, plants, and palm trees as a fifth-generation horticulturist, but his real interest was in the technology side of the agricultural business. With a life-long passion for plants, he went on to earn his degree in Horticulture Technology at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia before he was employed at Walt Disney World Co., where he worked in hydroponics and research to create methods of sustainability in aquaponics. Prior to locating his business to South Florida, Brandon was one of the head growers at Delray Plants Inc. in Lake Placid, Florida. When his wife was accepted into Medical School in the South Florida area, they made the move back to Miami, FL where Brandon became the head grower of Bernecker’s Nursery Inc. and created V&B Farms prior to entering commercial real estate. Brandon chose to work with ComReal because of the tools, technologies, and relationships available to assist clients with real estate in the agricultural industry.

In addition to his extensive background in multiple areas of commercial agriculture, Brandon is also very intimately involved with the new Hemp Program for the state of Florida. Through his involvement, he has helped farmers understand the laws and works to alleviate any concerns that they may have within this burgeoning industry.

In German, Redlich Means “Honest”. Ed Redlich is a Miami native who has over 20 years of experience in Miami’s commercial real estate market. Both of his parents, Ronald and Patty, were also very active in the real estate profession. In 2003, Redlich was initiated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is considered the “Ph.D. of commercial real estate.” This designation is obtained by completing both educational courses as well as reaching the higher levels of production.

Redlich has served as Past President of the CCIM’s Miami-Dade District’s Board of Directors. In 2008, he was designated as a SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors); the most prestigious real estate group in the world. He is one of the youngest SIOR’s in South Florida and sits on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter as President for 2014-2015. He is also actively involved in the Realtor Commercial Alliance (RCA) and served as the 2014 President and was awarded the “2014 Miami Commercial Realtor of the Year”! Redlich serves on the Florida Realtor’s Commercial Alliance Committee and will be the 2015 Chairman. He is past-Chairman of the Board for both South Dade County’s Vision Council and Vision Foreign Trade Zone, Inc.

Edison Vasquez is originally from Ecuador and moved to Florida in 2000. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) with a Bachelor’s in Finance in 2007 then went on to pursue his graduate degree for International Real Estate at Florida International University (FIU) in 2008. Edison has always had a passion for buildings and structures and he originally started studying architecture. By different changes in life, he finished studying Finance which seems to have positioned him better to pursue his enthusiasm for real estate.

Chris Spear specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial property in Miami-Dade County. Having resided in Miami for nearly 20 years, he has gained a special perspective and thorough knowledge of the area. Chris Spear’s services include landlord representation, buyer & tenant representation, consultation, lease and purchase negotiations, and site selections. Chris has represented businesses which range from your local entrepreneur to the large international companies.

Pat McBride focuses on sales of industrial property and both landlord and tenant representation in The Airport Palmetto Corridor. Prior to joining ComReal, Pat practiced law at a well-known construction law firm where he represented various notable architects and engineers in South Florida. He also gained invaluable experience representing developers and owners. While Pat enjoyed his time in the legal profession, he is following his true passion in Commercial Real Estate.

Patricia possesses over thirty years of real estate experience. Licensed since 1983, she has concluded over 537 commercial real estate lease and sale transactions totaling over $43 Million Dollars. Her past experience includes positions such as Director of Leasing, overseeing 3.2million square feet, 350 tenants comprising of industrial, office and flex properties.

Experienced in Landlord and Tenant Representation, and was designated a (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2003. She is fluent in Spanish, originally from Colombia and speaks some Portuguese.

Yarisley Morales joined the ComReal team in 2013 and handles day-to-day marketing and system software functions. She leads the marketing role in two of ComReal’s South Florida locations; Doral and Coral Gables. She works with agents to develop marketing brochures, plans, reports, property websites, and email blasts. Yarisley’s great attention to detail facilitates the content and presentation design process.

Some of Yarisley’s responsibilities include:

– Design of brochures, presentation foam boards, newsletters, flyers, press releases, postcards, offering memorandums – Adding and up-keep of properties in exchanges (CoStar/Loopnet, MLS, TotalCommercial)
– Marketing kick-off for new listings (marketing plans, signs, teaser brochures)
– Provide software training to agents (CoStar/Loopnet, Apto)

– Email blasts creation and follow-up – Database maintenance

Yarisley moved to Florida at the age of nine, and learned early in life that hard work is the key to a successful career. She knows that a crucial aspect to a fruitful business is effective communication with clients, and strives to provide great customer relation. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
