Just blocks away from ComReal’s Merrick Way location, the Plaza Coral Gables is the most significant development within the City of Coral Gables.
The project will feature 161,000 square feet of shopping, dining, hotels, residences, class “A” offices, and, as of this week, a Pinstripes bowling alley. According to the Real Deal, the dining and entertainment bowling venue will take more than 30,000 square feet on two stories of the project. The location will have an outdoor patio, 12 bowling lanes, and an event space that holds up to 1,000 guests.
Pinstripes is just one of many new businesses that have signed on for the Plaza. The $500 million development, located on Ponce de Leon Boulevard, will be a welcomed addition to the area and a signifier of its continuing upward trajectory.
