This deal is another testament to the strength of the industrial market in South Florida and the lack of availability of industrial land,” said McBride.
The seller, Soccer Cage Sunrise, was represented by Pat McBride, Esq. of the ComReal Industrial Team. The buyer was JA&M Contractors, a large South Florida shell contractor. They plan on using the property for their business. The large site will allow them to construct a new warehouse for their operation as well as have a large outdoor storage yard for their materials and equipment.
