Gavin Winston of ComReal Coral Gables represented the lessee, Team Sage Business Coaching, in their search for a perfect space. The firm was previously located on the top floor of an older building that had issues with leaks and water intrusion that were becoming destructive to their business. That’s when they reached out to Winston for assistance.
“We looked at a lot of different spaces with Gavin,” said Jody Johnson, the firm’s owner. “He was so gracious through the entire process.”
When Johnson saw the 1,726 SF space on 27th Avenue, she fell in love with the view–but not with the outdated layout. Winston guided her through several rounds of negotiations to make the space work for her firm’s needs, and the group moved in in early December.
“He was with us every step of the way,” Johnson said. “We couldn’t be happier here. He’s our realtor for life.”
