Gavin Winston represented the tenant, a Miami-based law group known as The Gutierrez Firm. The Firm came to ComReal in need of larger office space after previously occupying two separate small offices on nearby Almeria Avenue.
Winston and his client toured spaces in South Miami, the US-1 corridor, and Coral Gables before landing on the Catalonia site. What’s more, our team also helped negotiate a necessary buildout for the tenant such as a dividing wall and a new office door. The tenant signed a 5-year lease.
