Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Tallulath obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UCAB (Universidad Catolica Andres Bello) and started her corporate career as an Intern at XEROX de Venezuela, where she grew in different positions until becoming the New Business Manager in 1999. After moving to the US in 2001, Tallulath discovered her passion for the Real Estate industry and decided to start a new career as Contract Administrator/MLS Coordinator at Vistas International Reality. Supported by her finance background and diversified experience in financial planning, contracts administration, sales, and customer service, Tallulath became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2007 and progressively advanced her career as a Contract Administrator, Transaction Coordinator, and Operations/Transaction Manager in large agencies such as Keller Williams Realty, Diursa Development Group and Vistas International Realty. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
